How will I help?
Westpac Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Facilitator to deliver our new leadership development program, LEAD. This role is pivotal in igniting change and skill development among our People Leaders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership, a passion for engaging learners, and the ability to foster a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging learning activities for leadership development.
- Facilitate a range of leadership, behavioural, and technical learning solutions.
- Deliver training through various mediums, including face-to-face, virtual, and social media platforms.
- Create an inclusive environment, manage group dynamics, and ensure active participation.
- Engage participants with energy, fun, and interactive approaches to embed a customer service culture.
- Lead the way in using technology and innovative learning practices.
- Ensure national consistency in training delivery and respond to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in design reviews of learning solutions.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, the successful candidate should possess:
- Deep expertise in leadership programs and frameworks.
- Proven track record in facilitating leadership programs and curriculum.
- Experience with face-to-face and virtual learning solutions, including webinar technology and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of leadership training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage audiences with passion and enthusiasm.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
