Description:
We are looking for motivated Call Centre Agents to join our growing team and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries about our tax depreciation services. You’ll also help foster strong relationships with our referrers and ensure they have the tools to confidently recommend our services.
Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clients with detailed and accurate information about our tax depreciation services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with referrers to ensure they have the resources to effectively promote our services.
Issue Resolution: Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Database Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring smooth follow-up and service delivery.
Service Promotion: Promote the benefits of our tax depreciation services to clients and referrers to drive engagement and referrals.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client support.
Performance Tracking: Meet performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction, and referral follow-ups.
