IT Asset Manager

Description:

• Equipment Refresh: Plan and execute equipment refresh cycles, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with various departments to minimise disruption to end users.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with hardware vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce hardware asset management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on hardware asset utilisation, life-cycle status, and refresh progress to inform strategic decision-making.
• Training and Support: Offer training and support to team members on project management and hardware asset management practices and procedures, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the hardware asset budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and deployment of equipment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in hardware asset management and equipment refresh.

Requirements:

Conditions:
