About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Senior Project Officer - Viral Hepatitis to join our NPED (National Policy & Education) team on a full-time basis. You'll manage innovative projects, lead stakeholder engagement, and drive policy and advocacy efforts aimed at combating viral hepatitis. You will have the opportunity to work with clinical experts, influence national health policy, and help shape the direction of critical health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate hepatitis-related programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinical advisors, stakeholders, and committees
  • Lead evaluations and drive continuous improvements
  • Develop policy briefs and engage in advocacy efforts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strong project management experience, including budget reporting.
  • A tertiary qualification in health, public policy, education, or related fields
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and work plans, with the ability to report on financial performance.
  • Experience in supporting and driving business development activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, data management systems, and communication tools.
  • Strong project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Previous experience in the non-profit sector, particularly within member-based organisations or associations, is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written communication skills for creating and editing reports and policy materials
  • A strategic thinker who can navigate emerging issues and shape program direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
