Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of key markets, including their structure, size, and competitive dynamics, to drive business growth.
- Develop, agree upon, and execute a clear, actionable plan to meet or exceed territory sales goals. This includes creating tailored Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP) and engaging all targeted distributor accounts (Tier 1, 2, or 3) to drive results.
- Ensure all distributors adhere to the business ethics, are properly contracted, and are consistently performance-managed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Leadership to effectively manage Strategic Accounts and market entry strategies, contributing to overall business success.
- Stay up-to-date with technical product knowledge, enabling the training of distributor staff, conducting product demonstrations, and providing valuable support at key trade shows.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors to foster loyalty and increase product usage, strengthening the brand's position in target markets.
- Ensure compliance with the International Price Book and established discounting authorities to maintain pricing integrity.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to the broader organization, helping to adapt products, tools, marketing strategies, and sales forecasts to meet evolving market demands.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to share knowledge, identify synergies, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

- Field Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record in field sales leadership, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and achieve results.
- Medical Device Experience (Preferred): Experience within the medical device industry, particularly with safe patient handling (SPH), is highly desirable.
- Relationship Building Expertise: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering strong, long-term connections with clients and partners.
- Knowledge in Business, Finance, and Health & Care: A solid understanding of business principles, finance, and the healthcare sector, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), leveraging technology to enhance productivity and communication.
- Effective Time and Territory Management: Demonstrates excellent time and territory management abilities, alongside strong administrative and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Flexible & Willing to Travel: Open to flexible working hours and travel (approximately 25% of the time) to meet business needs.
- Current Clean Driving License: Possesses a valid, clean driving license, ensuring the ability to travel as required.
