Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 17 aged care facilities across Australia (soon to be more) and our payroll team play an integral part within our organisation. More like a consultant, you will learn every facet of the payroll process where everyone in the team supports each other to learn the intricacies of payroll within the aged care sector.

Reporting to our Payroll Manager, this role is responsible for:
- Deliver timely and accurate payroll services, including fortnightly payroll, taxation, workers compensation and superannuation payments.
- Process all system onboarding of new employees into the HRIS & Payroll system (iChris) including understanding of terms and conditions and preparation of taxation and superannuation forms for payroll action.
- Preparing and processing payroll actions required within a fortnightly pay cycle including wage variations, terminations and leave entitlements.
- Monitoring a ticketing system (Zendesk) to manage enquiries and requests.
- Assist in end of month reconciliations and account integration preparation – to name a few.
About You:
You will be an experienced Payroll Officer who has end-to-end payroll experience, be familiar and comply with all company procedures and policies. You will also:
