About the Role
As an Enterprise Change Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions during organizational change initiatives. You will collaborate across departments, develop change management strategies, and embed best practices to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies that align with company objectives.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and define success metrics.
- Support the General Manager in designing and executing change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide change management frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and HR to integrate change management into project lifecycles.
- Foster stakeholder engagement by acting as a trusted advisor on transformation projects.
- Identify training needs and oversee the development of training programs.
- Manage risks and resistance points, ensuring smooth change adoption.
What You’ll Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives and working with senior leadership. Familiarity with PMO operations is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong change and project management expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in change management tools and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, PMP).
