With strong ties to local farmers, they pride themselves on their diverse range of specialty products, and high-standard of customer service. To support the ongoing growth of their award-winning business, a skilled Warehouse Coordinator is required to join their team in Terrey Hills, NSW.
The Role
As a Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will take ownership of the warehouse, ensuring that stock is efficiently received, stored, and rotated while maintaining cleanliness and organisation. Working closely with the Store Manager and Produce Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from delivery to sale.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Co-ordinating daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Preparing cool rooms and back-of-house before truck arrivals
- Quick and efficient unloading while prioritising stock flow and use-by dates
- Storing produce in cool rooms and organising stock in an ergonomic and structured manner, ensuring timely stock rotation
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised warehouse environment
Our ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing/distribution operations, with an interest in furthering their career in the fresh produce sector. As a Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations and implement continuous improvement objectives.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to address the following criteria:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment or a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
