About the role
It is the purpose of this role to:
- Provide high level establishment advice to staff and line managers and undertake the required activities necessary for the accurate maintenance and reporting of MNHHS establishment and organisational structure.
- Provide agreed statistical data, that will identify areas of MNHHS requiring support and education, that will assist them in working towards best practice for their myHR processes.
Provide assistance to the my HR Supervisor with the operational support of the my HR Business System Administrators, building relationships within the team through communication, support, and mentoring to meet the team's key objectives
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Support the my HR Supervisor to develop targeted strategies to address issues raised in data analysis.
- Assist in the implementation of these strategies, to the HHS business units.
- Act as a conduit between the HHS and Payroll Portfolio in relation to establishment matters
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the HHS to influence users in the adoption of new or changing my HR activities.
- Assist the my HR Supervisor with the provision of learning and development for new and existing team members, ensuring optimum use of resources.
