About The Company:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding supplier of specialised cladding solutions to the construction market. Their focus on delivering innovative products to Australia's largest builders has led to significant growth, and they are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join their Company Support Team.
In this role, you’ll be integral in ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and their valued customers.
About The Role:
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Sales Order & Data Entry: Accurately entering customer sales orders and data.
  • Customer Communication: Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Delivery Coordination: Inputting and coordinating customer delivery requests, working closely with warehouse staff.
  • Client Plans & Estimations: Reviewing and completing take-offs from client plans (training provided) and assisting in estimations for the sales team.
  • Customer Engagement: Responding to customer leads and supporting ongoing customer relationships.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Processing customer payments and managing invoicing tasks.
  • Admin & Stock Management: Assisting with general admin tasks, stock management, stock takes, ordering, and procurement.
  • Support to Leadership: Assisting the Head of Sales and CEO with daily tasks and operations as required.
