- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care standards, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
- Proven ability at developing teams and maintaining a great team culture.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to the values, objectives, policies, and procedures of organisation.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in all aspects of care, service delivery, education, and staff development.
- Collaborates with all stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience for all internal and external parties.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience as a Facility Manager or in a senior leadership role within an aged care setting.
- Proven experience in managing a team through successful accreditation.
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to coach & mentor.
- Strong people management and leadership skills
