The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Officer to join our Building and Plumbing team, where you will:
- Provide valuable technical support to our Building and Plumbing team
- Assess applications and manage permits with attention to detail
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and community members
- Contribute to improving our processes and procedures
- Work collaboratively while managing your own responsibilities
Skills & Experience
What You will Bring:
- Relevant certificate/diploma level qualification and/or extensive practical experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement abilities
- Analytical mindset and sound problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency across business systems including Microsoft 365, with enthusiasm to learn new platforms
