About the role:Reporting to the Head of People & Culture , you will be the go-to person for all things HR support and office operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for employees while keeping everything running smoothly.
As a People & Culture Administrator, you will:
- HR & Employee Support - Assist employees and managers with HR needs, support recruitment coordination, and manage HR platforms like BambooHR, Go1, and OfficeVibe
- Office & Event Coordination - Ensure a well-maintained office environment, liaise with cleaners and building managers, and organise engaging team events, celebrations, and CSR initiatives
- Admin & Compliance - Manage company administration, travel bookings, expense management, and document control (finance)
- Leadership Support - Provide key assistance to the CEO and COO with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks

Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in an HR generalist or administration role
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in structure and efficiency
- Proactive & Problem-Solver: You find ways to make things happen
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HRIS, LMS, and engagement tools
- Excellent Communicator: Able to connect with employees at all levels
