Requirements:
The successful candidate for the Head of Distribution role will have:
- Extensive Experience: At least 10 years in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations, preferably within private credit or alternative investments.
- Proven Track Record: A history of successfully raising capital and managing relationships with institutional investors such as pension funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Deep Knowledge of Private Credit: Strong understanding of private credit strategies, markets, and investment vehicles.
- Strong Network: Established relationships within the institutional investment community and a broad network of potential investors.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a distribution team, driving performance and growth.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate investment strategies to diverse audiences.
