Description:
- Plan and organise visits to clients and prospects, serving as an ambassador for our products and services.
- Deliver training sessions to clients, enhancing technical credibility and ensuring compliance with current regulatory frameworks.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, addressing first-level technical queries and guiding them toward effective solutions.
- Monitor market needs, gather field information, and share insights with the team to contribute to future developments.
- Assist the Head of Sales by forwarding quote requests, coordinating follow-ups to finalise orders, and concluding deals.
- Utilise background in electronics to educate clients on product solutions, and independently resolve product issues.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- A strong sense of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation, and customer orientation.
- Willingness to travel 30% to 35% of the time.
