Description The Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Chief and IB Chief Supervisors, ensuring exams run seamlessly. From managing logistics to overseeing daily operations, you'll help maintain order, efficiency, and compliance with exam protocols, creating a smooth experience for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing supervisor rosters, scheduling reschedules and ensuring smooth exam operations.
- Monitor and enforce examination regulations, oversee exam venues, and address any irregularities.
- Track student absences, manage queries, and provide guidance to supervisors as needed.
- Oversee exam materials, allocate equipment, and assist with documentation and training.
The Person:
To be successful in this position, you will be:
- Highly organised with project management experience and attention to detail.
- Confident in managing people, making quick decisions, and working independently under pressure.
- Able to interact professionally and sensitively with staff and students
- Proficient in ICT with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following procedures.
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
