What You’ll Do
This is not just another OT role —you’ll be leading, innovating, and shaping the future of therapy services.
- Deliver high quality, evidence-based occupational therapy individual and group services in our purpose clinics.
- Collaborate within our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists.
- Deliver a range of clinical assessments, including functional capacity assessments
- Work with a diverse paediatric caseload and assist in triage of clients
- Lead and mentor our team of occupational therapists with support and clinical supervision
- Build upon a positive, inclusive culture
- Participate in ongoing learning, professional development, and contribute to innovative projects
- Deliver professional development to our multidisciplinary team
- Active involvement with recruitment and training of new therapists

About us:
De Silva Kids Clinic is a busy multidisciplinary private practice offering speech pathology, psychology and occupational therapy services. We provide assessment and intervention for children with a variety of presentations. We practice out of 2 beautiful, brand new clinics in Mill Park and South Morang.
You’re a match if you:
✔ Love to play, learn, and connect
✔ Are genuinely passionate about working with young people and making a difference
✔ Hold a Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
✔ Are registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
✔ Hold a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker & Disability Clearance
✔ Have experience in leadership
