Opportunity available for an Occupational Therapist to join this clinic as Team Leader within one of Melbourne's leading Neurodiversity Affirming paediatric clinics located in Bayswater!
This neurodiversity affirming clinic takes an individualised approach to therapy that is completely tailored to each individual client. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for providing supervision and clinical mentoring to a team of Occupational Therapists while also maintaining a reduced caseload.
Permanent full time or part time position!
About the role:

• Clinic based position in Bayswater with no travel required
• Large clinic space with 20+ dedicated consulting rooms, sensory gym, equipment and more
• Able to also work from schools if desired
• Neurodiversity affirming approach ensuring they provide therapy in a child centered way
• Paediatric clients exclusively with a wide variety of diagnoses including ASD and various development delays
• Clinicians see no more than 5 clients per day with a dedicated 15 minutes between clients for admin tasks
• Reduced caseload to accommodate for team lead responsibilities
• Responsible for supervision and leadership of 4-6 Occupational Therapists

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 4+ years postgraduate experience
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
