Description:
Our NSW Government client is hiring for highly capable Contact Centre Operators to join the organisation. The successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience within Customer Service (Call Centre, Admin or Retail). This role is located on-site at Newcastle and is 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

End Date: 19/09/2025
Hourly Rate: $34.59 +Super
Location : Newcastle (2300)
About You:
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Strong email etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Technically savvy and have the ability to pick up systems quickly.
- Previous government experience is preferred but not required.
