About the Role
As a key leader, you will drive meaningful change, service excellence, and business growth across our Home Care and Disability Services. In this role, you will focus on optimising rostering and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met efficiently while maintaining operational effectiveness. You will lead business improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, service quality, and team capability.
Managing client incidents and complaints will be a key part of the role, ensuring issues are handled professionally and in line with compliance requirements. You will also drive NDIS service growth, developing strategies for expansion and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and maintaining high-quality standards will be essential, including overseeing audits and implementing best practices. You will work to enhance technology and systems, improving service efficiency and delivery. Additionally, you will support financial performance and budget management, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and cost-effective service strategies.
What You Will Bring

- Proven leadership experience in Home Care or Disability Services.
- NDIS expertise, including compliance, funding models, and quality standards.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and innovation.
- Financial management skills to ensure service sustainability and efficiency.
- A client-centred approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Experience in systems and technology to enhance service delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in Health Management, Disability Services or Business Administration.
- Minimum five years of senior management experience, leading multidisciplinary teams, in a growth focused Home Care or Disability Service.
- Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and governance.
