Salary range: $88,483 per annum + 13% superannuation.
About the role
This role contributes to the success of the City by developing and managing professional relationships with Salamanca Market stallholders that optimise their participation and lead to a quality experience for market patrons.
Role accountabilities include:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stallholders through proactive communication.
- Develop engagement and communication plans for projects impacting Salamanca Market Stallholders.
- Provide daily administrative support and cover for the Stallholder Coordinator Administration role when needed.
- Ensure product compliance, coordinate equipment audits, and handle complex license breaches with the Senior Advisor and Manager City Welcome.
- Assist with product assessments and work to enhance the product mix for commercial sustainability, including coordinating licenses and casual stallholder intake.
- Help develop the marketing plan, create new content and resources, manage onsite activations, and review the Stallholder operations handbook.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or higher in marketing, communications or events management, and/or equivalent experience in coordinating markets, events or projects in a relevant field.
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
- Current Driver Licence.
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
