We are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a leading global manufacturer of industrial safety solutions. This company partners with businesses in industries such as Food, Machinery & Equipment, Mining, and Construction, helping them enhance workplace safety and efficiency through innovative products and tailored solutions.

About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will take ownership of the NSW/ACT territory, working closely with key national customers, distributors, and end-users to expand market share and strengthen business relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established brand known for quality and reliability in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with key industrial customers across NSW/ACT
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
  • Work closely with distributors to implement channel management programs
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships at both site and regional levels
  • Develop pricing strategies and manage contract renewals
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
  • Strong account management and consultative sales skills
  • Knowledge of industrial distribution networks and end-user engagement strategies
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop business plans
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently within NSW/ACT (occasional interstate travel)
