About the Role
As the Strategy & Performance Lead , you will be responsible for driving business transformation, strategy execution, and performance optimisation within the organisation. Working closely with executive leadership, you will lead strategic planning initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and oversee key business performance metrics to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute corporate strategy initiatives to enhance business performance and market positioning.

  • Analyse business performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Oversee financial modelling and scenario analysis for investment and operational decision-making.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to align strategic initiatives with market and policy developments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business agility and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead corporate governance and risk management processes related to strategy execution.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement strategies to drive alignment on key business priorities.

Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in strategy development, business performance analysis, or corporate planning within the energy sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling, business intelligence, and market forecasting.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact business strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Expertise in regulatory frameworks, policy impacts, and industry trends within the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
