Description:
Hellomonday is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Manager who is proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about leveraging technology to optimise sales processes. We're looking for someone who is data-driven, analytical, and has a knack for identifying and pursuing new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, lead generation, and CRM management. Experience with sales automation tools and a passion for continuous learning are also highly valued.
This role that will focus on driving growth for two of our key brands, Hellomonday and JobAccelerator. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams in a supportive and dynamic environment. This position offers a hybrid / remote work setup, providing flexibility while ensuring alignment with our teams collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hellomonday, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by generating new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments.
Prospecting and Outreach:
- Identify and research potential mid-market and enterprise clients that are aligned with Hellomonday’s ideal customer profiles.
- Utilise various approaches and channels to map our key contacts and personalise your outreach approach.
- Initiate contact via various channels (phone, email, social media) to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualification and Needs Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to understand their learning and development, as well as broader HR needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Hellomonday’s target market.
Articulating Value Proposition:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Hellomonday’s solutions to prospects.
- Tailor messaging to address specific pain points and demonstrate how our offerings can address their unique requirements.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the enterprise sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover of information.
- Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to enhance the overall sales strategy.
Meeting and Exceeding Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach to consistently contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment and HR tech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect business needs to high-impact solutions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
