Our Freelance Photography team are a key ingredient to our success and we shoot to thrill.
In the property game, a picture really is worth a thousand words (or a million bucks). As a Photographer for Urban Angles, you’ll report to the Photography Manager, and work with our Production, Floor Plan, and Retouching teams to produce high-quality images that are creative, bold, and inspiring, and contribute to our reputation as an authority in the field.
You will be responsible to produce, prep and proof high quality residential real estate photographs (day and dusk) and agent portraits in our studio to a predetermined booking schedule. The role will also provide endless opportunity to bring your creative flair and new ideas to create fresh, bold concepts and innovative approaches to take our client briefs to the next level.

Who we’re looking for
We look for high-performing, creative, and experienced photographers with proven technical ability using professional camera systems. You’ll have an in-depth knowledge of photographic production processes for digital output and meticulous attention to detail. Ideally, you’ll have experience shooting real estate, but more importantly, you’re motivated, committed and passionate about capturing a bolder perspective.

- Take responsibility for producing high quality residential real estate photographs (day and dusk).
- Engage and impress our clients by asking questions to understand.
- Give and receive feedback to build rapport and strong professional relationships internally and externally.
- Communicate with clarity through authentic collaboration with our clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that adhere to deadlines and schedules but also push boundaries.
- Ability to be organised and think fast under pressure, remaining unflustered whilst onsite.
- Show initiative and passion for making quick decisions confidently while pushing fresh, bold concepts and innovative approaches to take our client briefs to the next level.
How to Apply
To be considered for this position you must be Melbourne based, have your own professional equipment and an unrestricted driver’s licence with reliable vehicle.
