The Natural Resources Specialist is a vital role within Barwon Asset Solutions, providing strategic leadership and expertise in natural asset management and allowing the maturity of our program of works to grow. You will work across key relationships to enhance the value and seek out new opportunities within land regeneration.
Finding increased synergies for our Land Management team, the role will focus on finding efficiencies within the working group, allowing for greater delivery for our customers and community. Leading a multi-disciplinary team in the field, you see opportunities to bring cohesion and collaboration across a broad region. You will ensure commercial expectations are maximised through effective planning and utilisation of resources.
Positioning BAS for sustained growth through external contracts and increased understanding of natural asset management techniques, success in this role will see greater alignment of the work Barwon Asset Solutions performs with our partners to deliver more services in house, growing our reputation as a leader in natural resources management.

An experienced leader, who is ready to take the next step in an impactful way, you will guide and coach your team, working in collaboration to solve problems or navigate ambiguity. You have a strong knowledge of regulations and legislation and can apply practical solutions that will lead to better outcomes for land and waterway management.
Using your applied qualifications in ecology or botany and experience in managing commercial contracts, you will be part of a supportive team with a collective objective of providing lasting natural asset management across our region.
