Broking House with a national reach requires the expertise of an experienced broker to manage a portfolio of corporate risk. If you are looking for a rewarding role in a reputable company that values their staff, then you need to consider joining this team!
As the successful candidate you will have:
- 10+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in corporate insurance management
- Product experience including ISR, Liability and Motor.
- Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
- Networking and relationship building skills
- Proven experience in developing new business ideal
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Managers, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Tier 1 broking essential
- Competent in IT and office procedures
Duties in this role will include:
- Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of corporate risks
- Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
- Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets, including retention and growth targets
- Planning and developing client retention strategies
- Manage and mentor junior brokers
