About You
To be successful, you will be an accomplished procurement professional with a passion for delivering results. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, you possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ideally, you hold CIPS qualifications, showcasing your dedication to industry excellence.
- Proven experience in procurement analysis and cost control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Coupa or other Procure 2 Pay systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with knowledge of PowerBi being advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will report directly to the Procurement Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost-efficient practices within our group. Your expertise will contribute to achieving significant savings in our SG&A expenses, while promoting best practices in procurement administration. You will have the responsibility of maintaining accurate and timely supplier information, enabling us to make informed decisions that positively impact our bottom line.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives that align with our organisational goals. You will ensure the efficiency of procurement processes while managing procurement administration tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the procurement function to enhance operational efficiency across Group SG&A.
- Manage procurement administration, including overseeing catalogue management and supplier enablement to ensure all systems remain current and function effectively.
- Develop and maintain regular performance tracking reports on cost savings achieved, showcasing the financial impact of procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align strategies for optimal supplier engagement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their suitability in meeting our procurement requirements.
- Provide support in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
