We Do This By- Providing early intervention, statutory Youth Justice, and detention services to ensure that young people are held accountable for their offending behaviour. We help support them to become responsible members of the community.
- Providing trauma-informed support and resources to victims to ensure they can recover and heal, whilst ensuring the voices and experiences of victims are heard and respected.
The Executive Director, Enablement is responsible for providing strategic leadership to support best practice youth detention service delivery. This includes oversight of the youth detention policy framework, clinical service delivery and leading critical reform projects in response to recommendations. As a leader in Queensland Government, you will display outstanding judgement, high-level integrity, strong agility to adapt to a constantly changing environment, a strong achievement orientation, and excellent community and negotiation skills.
