Description:

  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Drive process improvements in financial and operational reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including sales and wage targets, board metrics, and bonus calculations.
  • Manage month-end processes, including CODB analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Process invoices, maintain financial records, and support KPI dashboard reporting.
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials

Requirements:

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CA/CPA qualification in progress or completed (highly regarded)
  • Big 4 or stand-out retail experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong IT skills, with a track record of implementing process efficiencies.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Conditions:

  • A competitive salary package, estimated at AUD 110,000 - AUD 125,000
