Description:
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Drive process improvements in financial and operational reporting.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including sales and wage targets, board metrics, and bonus calculations.
- Manage month-end processes, including CODB analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Process invoices, maintain financial records, and support KPI dashboard reporting.
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials
Requirements:
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA qualification in progress or completed (highly regarded)
- Big 4 or stand-out retail experience (preferred)
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong IT skills, with a track record of implementing process efficiencies.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Conditions:
