The Position
Agrifac Australia are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter based in our new facility in Canning Vale to support a rapidly growing number of machines operating in Western Australia. You’ll work with our customers and Service Department to assist them in identifying relevant parts answer technical questions and place parts orders with our warehouse team.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Work with internal and external customers to identify and source required parts for the relevant sprayer model.
• Source and order parts - both locally and internationally.
• Manage and maintain records, purchase orders, quotes, invoicing and other.
• Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers as required.
• Liaise with the Service department.
• Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Organise and plan work so that it is done efficiently and in accordance with our work standards (SLA’S)
• Check, value and catalogue parts.
• Adhere to Agrifac Australia’s Safety policies and culture.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in a mechanical role or good mechanical aptitude – Agricultural Machinery knowledge would be highly desirable
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
• Competent in MS365, Teams and other IT systems
• Experience in DMS/ERP preferred – AUTO IT/EQUIP
• A valid Australian driver’s license; own transport.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
