To support this growth, they are looking to bring on a Marketing Administration Manager . To be considered, you must have experience in a pharmaceutical marketing role .
The Opportunity
As the Marketing Administration Manager , you will be integral to the creation, support, and execution of marketing campaigns for the company’s flagship product, as well as several other new products launching over the next year. You’ll play a critical role in the success of these launches and the continued expansion of the product line.
The position is based in Melbourne CBD, with flexible working arrangements. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week, with the option to work from home for the remainder of the week. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing assets and programmes, focusing on supporting international marketing partners.
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials for trade shows, social media, merchandising, and PR campaigns.
- Support the design and execution of new product packaging, as well as conduct market research and product testing.
- Handle customer enquiries, including technical and order-related queries, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Oversee shareholder communications and manage the company’s investor relations activities.
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Bachelors degree in a Scientific discipline preferred, or Marketing.
- Strong organisational and intellectual skills, with a proven ability to set and achieve goals.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- This role will suit someone who is social media savvy, and has an interest in social media campaigns / influencer campaigns.
- A genuine passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a strong interest in supporting innovative Australian solutions.
