AboutClub Champion has an immediate opportunity available for an operations assistant. This contractor role will initially require up to 4 days per week and will be based at our Alexandria, NSW facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and allocate stock to orders, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Pick orders efficiently for assembly and ship completed orders to fitting locations or customers.
- Liaise internally with fitters, builders, and externally with customers to resolve order or stock inquiries.
- Maintain organized workflows in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, spreadsheets, and basic data management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Genuine interest in golf as a sport or golf equipment is highly desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in getting started in the golf industry with the leading custom fitting and building business in Australia and worldwide. We would expect this role to transition to full time employment as we continue to open new locations. The opportunity also exists for cross training in club building and other areas.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, comfortable with IT systems and spreadsheets, and ideally have a genuine interest in and knowledge of golf as a sport and golf equipment.
