The State Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Delivering sales forecasts and performance reports to the senior management team.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participating in industry events to promote the company's brand and products.

Requirements:

A successful State Sales Manager should have:

  • Significant experience in a sales management role within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A good understanding of the FMCG market in New South Wales.
