About the Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting research excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Research Coordinator to facilitate high-quality research outcomes by managing research data, assisting in report preparation, and ensuring compliance with funding and university requirements.
In this role, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders, utilise advanced computer skills, and manage financial administration related to research projects. You will interpret and communicate policies within a complex research environment while managing multiple priorities and ensuring contract and funding compliance.
To succeed, you will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in research or contract administration, problem-solving, and financial administration is essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and database applications is also required.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate, liaise and work with people at all levels, both internal and external to the University with tact, maturity and appreciation of sensitive issues.
Qualifications
Completion of a bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant executive administration experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
