About the role:
An an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated person to join our Service team.
Reporting directly to the Service Administration Manager, this entry level position provides a solid grounding from which to learn our business and customers. The successful applicant will be provided with full training and ongoing support to ensure success within the role.

- Allocate calls to the Field Service Technician as required
- Create and amend customer records
- Log any breakdown requests
