Bayswater T.C Boxes is our fifth site in Australia, and we’ve been open for 12 months. We’re at an exciting stage where we want to build and grow our installation business. We’re looking for someone who can come in and make it their own, growing alongside us as we expand.
The Role:
As our Site Installation Manager , you'll be a vital part of our Installs team, helping to oversee the pre-assembly and installation of our products on vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in:
- Managing the product build process
- Ensuring accurate measurements and top-quality assembly
- Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment
- Overseeing daily workshop operations
- Ensuring products are ready for powder coating and installation
- Managing workflow and prioritising tasks
- Assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving

What We're Looking For
- Experience in vehicle accessory fitting or a similar field
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- A valid manual driver's licence
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
