You will oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
- Manage the procurement team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve high performance
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance collaboration and supply chain reliability
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Procurement Director or similar leadership role in procurement management
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems
