🔄 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

🔑 Key Skills & Experience:

✅ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS products, and PC hardware/software troubleshooting.

✅ Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets.

✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

✅ Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
