The successful candidate will be a Pharmacy Educator and Medical Sales Representative located in Sydney North, Central Coast NSW on a fixed term contract.

Job Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who has recently begun their career in the pharmacy or medical sales area and is eager to further strengthen their skills in a global pharmaceutical organisation with a market leading product portfolio. You will possess strong communication skills and a genuine interest in education and sales. You will primarily be educating Pharmacists/Pharmacy staff but also be selling to General Practitioners, both via face-to-face interactions. In this hybrid role, you will be working with a leading pharmaceutical company in the diabetes space, who are currently experiencing growth in the Type 2 Diabetes market. You will cover the Brisbane Metro area and some areas north of Brisbane and will be fully trained and provided with the necessary tools to execute the strategic guidance and messaging to a group of selected customers. Finally, you will be working alongside an established team of medical sales professionals so strong planning, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Science or Business disciplines preferred.
• Sales experience preferred, but individuals passionate about healthcare or patients, with relevant life/work experiences, are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate confidence and persuasiveness.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Possess quick decision-making abilities.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards.
