About the Role
The Senior Unified Communications Technical Analyst is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the service delivery of technical build, operation, and support functions within the ICT Infrastructure team. The role plans, coordinates and undertakes the support, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of ICT infrastructure capabilities and technologies. The Senior Unified Communications Technical Analyst provides advice on matters of some complexity and delivers specialist technical services in video conferencing, telephone handsets, and the administration and the support of Customer Contact Management Systems, Microsoft Teams, and other legacy telephony systems.

The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

- Some Intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Development Program.
