Are you a passionate, self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills? Join our team as a Business Support Officer in a permanent, full-time capacity and support us as a leading-edge, high-quality services provider for the electricity distribution networks. Based in our Clayton office , you will play a pivotal role in our diverse operations and provide crucial administrative support across commercial, operational, and financial aspects.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Produce prompt & accurate client invoices, credit notes & supplier purchase orders.
- Establish & maintain timesheet entry, verification & reporting.
- Develop, update & maintain company database, work spreadsheet & others as required.
- Liaise with critical internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, Downer employees, and the general public.
- Provide critical administrative support to management & employees.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a cross-functional administrative environment with a diverse skill set.
- Intermediate proficiency with software applications and MS Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
