MSS is seeking Security Officers to join the team at Holmesglen Institute, covering the Chadstone, Glen Waverley, Moorabbin and Drummond Street campuses. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence while staying alert and focused. You'll be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-oriented team dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for all campus visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of property and the public.

Monitor campus activities through control room operations.

Manage incidents effectively and complete thorough reports.

Perform risk assessments and provide outstanding customer service.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain logs and complete necessary paperwork using computer systems.
Skills & Experience:
-
Full Australian working rights.
-
Current VIC Security Licence.
-
Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.

Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
-
Valid full Victorian driver’s licence.
-
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
-
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Ability to work on a 24*7 rotating roster.

Comfortable walking up to 15-25 km during a 12-hour shift
