Senior Marketing & Communications Officer

Description:

Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Officer to support a major system implementation project.

Location : Brisbane CBD
Rate : $779.25 per day + Super
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives to engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the program's rollout. You will craft compelling messaging, manage internal communication channels, and collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to drive awareness and adoption of the new system.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with program goals.
• Create clear, engaging content tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Manage internal communication channels, including intranet updates, newsletters, and bulletins.
• Work closely with leadership to promote the program’s vision and progress.
• Identify communication risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Measure and refine communication efforts for maximum impact.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior communications role, ideally within large-scale IT or system implementation projects.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management communication.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
