In this Customer Support role, you’ll spend your day communicating with clients over the phone and via email, ensuring they have the information and support they need. Your role is to build relationships, solve problems, and create a seamless experience for every client you interact with.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Support: Spend your day speaking with clients, guiding them through processes, answering their questions, and making sure they have everything they need.
- Proactive Follow-Ups: Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are informed and supported.
- Customer Service & Communication: Be the primary point of contact, responding to phone and email inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Portal & Information Management: Encourage clients to use online tools, assist with submissions, and ensure all necessary information is provided.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate documents, track deadlines, and work with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
- Onsite & Remote Assistance: Provide outstanding support both remotely and in person when required.
What does success look like in this role:
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
- Responding to all inquiries within 24 hours.
- Keeping clients engaged and informed with regular check-ins.
- Ensuring all deadlines and service commitments are met.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills, loves spreadsheets and following well defined processes
