Description:
Our client, a leading global logistics company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for an immediate start at their Truganina site.
Position Details:
- Location: Truganina
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:06 PM
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, your daily tasks will include:
- Managing and allocating picklists for orders
- Printing customer picking lists via AX portal to verify stock accuracy
- Printing required labels and preparing shipments
- Allocating tasks to team members and overseeing workflow
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
- Closing orders in the designated portal and generating connotes via courier portals
- Manifesting connotes and updating customer booking details
What We're Looking For:
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Experience with picking and RF scanner
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
- Knowledge of Matrix/VC systems (prior experience is beneficial, but training will be provided)
- Quick decision-making skills to meet customer requirements and delivery windows (support provided by the on-site leadership team)
