We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Induction & Training Specialist to our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our new employees by delivering the Civeo induction and ensuring team members have all they need for a successful start at Civeo

Key responsibilities –

• Liase with team members on location and training information regarding the Civeo induction
• Provide support and guidance to new hires during their training onboarding process
• Prepare training materials for induction training and completion after training activities such as training attendance records
• Deliver both induction and hospitality service training

Skills and experience –

• Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
