Job description:

The Senior Customer Training Specialist is an exciting 16-month max-term contract opportunity in our Customer Training team based at our Perth CBD office.

As a Senior Customer Training Specialist your purpose is to empower our Customer Business unit (CBU) with comprehensive training to elevate service to our customers. The CBU comprises of customer-facing teams working in a call-centre environment and teams that directly support services for our customers.

You will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions to positively impact business performance. You will have a focus on uplifting the coaching capabilities among CBU and contracted partners and implementing a consistent approach.

Job responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that will positively impact business performance.
  • Leverage business performance data to develop measures of success for learning solutions, such as Voice of the Customer (Customer survey), call quality assurance results etc.
  • Support strategic planning in relation to training requirements for the Customer Business Unit (CBU), including completing training needs analysis to identify current and future training needs.
  • Responsible for overseeing all engagement with external training providers for the Customer Business Unit (CBU), including the procurement process.
  • Effectively project manage key learning initiatives while providing informal leadership, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.

Profile description:
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as Learning Design, Business, Psychology or HR.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a learning and development senior role.
  • Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and measuring effective learning solutions.
  • Experience in project managing large scale learning and development projects.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
