The Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to join a growing team and assist with the management and enhancement of ERP, ensuring data integrity, process improvement and integration. Responsibilities include:
- ERP Management:
- Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the ERP system across multiple entities.
- Oversee the integration of ERP with other systems.
- Assist senior management in updating and maintaining system data across all entities.
- Work closely with external partners to manage system maintenance and ensure continuous improvements.
- Manage data export/import processes, ensuring data is accurately imported into the ERP system using Excel and SQL.
- Lead efforts in data sanitisation and streamlining, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between systems.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure that P&Ls are accurately reflected for each business entity.
- Manage inventory systems and master data, working to consolidate and integrate systems across the organisation.
- Provide guidance on best practices for ERP data integration, and lead data migration activities as needed.
- Manage EDI integration with ERP, particularly in collaboration with EDI partners.
- Understand and lead the testing of XML structures and other EDI-related workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of business processes and data flow within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to understand requirements and optimise business processes.
- Advise on the creation and improvement of business processes, leveraging ERP capabilities and PowerBI analytics.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and propose solutions for data management, process optimisation, and ERP efficiency.
- Support the implementation of PowerBI for enhanced data visualisation and reporting, driving actionable insights for senior management.
- Work with data analysts and business leaders to develop tailored reporting dashboards.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong background in supply chain management, particularly in ERP implementations and system integrations.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems, preferably BusinessCentral or similar.
- Knowledge of EDI integration, including XML structures and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI; ability to analyse and manipulate data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Experience with data migration, sanitation, and integration processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in managing intercompany transactions and multi-entity ERP systems.
- Background in working with large-scale enterprise software and integrations (e.g., ERP, EDI, PowerBI).
