We are seeking a talented PRO IV Support Analyst. You will be responsible for providing technical support for PRO IV applications and systems to our clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a PRO IV Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of PRO IV programming language and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PRO IV applications.
- Experience in identifying and implementing system enhancements or modifications to improve performance and efficiency.
- Proficiency in SQL and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on-call or during weekends as needed.
